Arrival in Entebbe
Upon arrival at the airport, our driver will warmly welcome you and transfer you to the guest house. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax or check in directly. After a long flight we can imagine you are tired and therefore we keep the evening at leisure to have a drink with a short chat to get to know each other. Your unique safari starts the next day from Entebbe.

Day 1 – Shoebill Trek & Journey to Jinja
As the morning unfolds, our first activity awaits. The start of your ‘women in empowerment safari’, the Women’s Wilderness & Welness is set off with a delicious breakfast, followed by the journey early to Mabamba Swamp for a unique trek to spot the rare and majestic shoebill stork. After lunch, we continue to Jinja, where we’ll settle at a scenic campsite. We have dinner in the restaurant. After dinner we have a ‘vrank’ evening. Accommodation: Nile It Campsite – tents.
Day 2 – Adventure on the Nile
The morning starts with a healthy breakfast with fresh Ugandan coffee or tea. Today is all about adrenaline and personal power: We shall do some challenging activities.
Quad biking through breathtaking landscapes followed by tubing on the Nile – a playful and exciting river adventure.
When you climb onto a quad bike, you’re doing something bold. You’re navigating rugged terrain, facing the unknown, and moving forward with power — all on your own terms. It’s a physical reminder that you are capable, adventurous, and courageous.
Lunch at Sta cafe Jinja.
We unwind on a sunset cruise while sharing stories and soaking in the view. Followed by dinner and a bonfire under the stars. Accommodation: Nile It Campsite
Day 3 – Pushing Your Limits
For those who really accept the challenge, dont take a heavy breakfast.
Dare to step outside your comfort zone: Optional Bungee jumping – a powerful metaphor for surrender and courage. We do not want to force this as this is a real challenge especial for those with fear of heights, but keep this in mind before you take your final decision:
You return not just buzzing with adrenaline,but transformed — with proof that your fears are smaller than your courage.
We continue with White-water rafting – combining trust and thrill.
White water rafting is the perfect storm of adrenaline, teamwork, and trust — in others and in yourself. After dinner we have a well- deserved evening relaxation by the fire, sharing reflections and laughter. Accommodation: Nile It Campsite
Day 4 – Cultural Experience in Bigodi
Once we’ve recharged with breakfast, it’s time to travel to the heart of rural Uganda for a day full of cultural immersion and inspiration: Basket weaving, traditional cooking, coffee brewing, farm visits and interaction with local families.
Lunch will be taken at the accommodation or in a local restaurant.
The evening is spent at your leisure.

Days 5: Chimpanzees trekking in Kibale
After breakfast, make your way to the park headquarters for an exciting briefing before embarking on a thrilling trek to observe chimpanzees in their natural habitat! After this unforgettable experience, return to the lodge for a delicious lunch. After lunch, you will have time to relax after a fulfilling Chimpanzee trekking experience.
Dinner and overnight at Kibale Guest Cottages
Day 6 – Safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park
Set off after breakfast to Queen Elizabeth National Park with a stopover at The Ruboni Community for the captivating Ruboni community walk, where you’ll stroll at the foothills of the majestic Rwenzori Mountains, taking in breathtaking landscapes and rich local cultures. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Buffalo Safari Lodge before embarking on an afternoon boat cruise along the scenic Kazinga Channel. Experience the beauty and wildlife that this stunning area has to offer! Have an evening game drive as you return to the lodge.

Day 7 – Journey to Bwindi & Gorilla Trek Preparation
Rise early for an exhilarating morning game drive after breakfast as you depart Queen Elizabeth for Bwindi Impenetrable National park head into the day we take a scenic drive via the Ishasha sector famous for the tree climbing lions to the mysterious Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and settle into our lodge for rest and preparation.
After dinner we gather together for another ‘women in empowerment activity’ before we go to sleep and prepare for the next day. Buhoma community rest camp full board
Day 8 – Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
With the morning meal behind us, the adventure begins: the highlight of your safari. You will meet the giant, impressive silverback today! A spiritual experience: come face-to-face with a family of wild gorillas in their natural habitat. You will receive information when you book for this trip regarding the hiking.
Upon arrival at the starting point, we will receive a briefing on the do’s and don’ts during the gorilla trekking. We will then be divided into groups based on our physical fitness and estimated endurance level. Participants who are not able to walk long distances through the forest will be assigned to the group visiting the nearest gorilla family.
After the trek, receive your certificate and we proceed our journey to the next accommodation. Dinner and overnight.
Gorilla trekking is not just about seeing a rare and majestic animal in the wild — it’s about meeting something powerful, raw, and primal — both in nature and within yourself.
The journey through the dense forest is a challenge: steep paths, muddy trails, thick vegetation. It demands presence, patience, resilience, and trust in your body. But the reward is extraordinary. Accommodation: Ride for a Woman Lodge full board.
Day 9 – ‘Ride for a Woman’ Empowerment Project
Ride 4 a Woman is a community-based organization in Buhoma, near Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. It supports local women struggling with HIV, domestic violence, and poverty by teaching them new skills and creating income-generating opportunities. As a visitor, you can: join a cooking class, weaving, dance and drum. Hear real stories from the women involved in the project and see how the power of community and resilience is changing lives.
We go on a guided bike tour through Buhoma to see how people live, visit local schools or markets, and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Connect and be inspired.

Day 10 – Retreat & Reflection at Lake Bunyonyi
We travel to Lake Bunyonyi, the “Switzerland of Africa,” for integration and healing:
Gentle mindfulness, stretching, breathing techniques sessions with a view over the lake. Labyrinth “letting go” walk
Free time for canoeing or quiet nature moments
We close the day with a sacred bonfire circle. Accommodation: Heritage Lodge full board.
Days 11–14 – Wellness at Lake Victoria
Our final days are devoted to rest and renewal at the shores of Lake Victoria.
Enjoy body treatments, nature time, and soulful connection. Half board.
