Booking conditions

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total trip cost.
Flight tickets and gorilla trekking permits must be paid in full at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Failure to comply may result in cancellation with applicable fees.
Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as currency fluctuations or regulatory changes.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to cancellation fees based on the notice period before departure. Specific cancellation policies will be stated in the booking confirmation.
Flight tickets and gorilla/chimpanzee permits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Any changes to flight bookings are subject to airline policies and additional costs.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused services, or partially completed trips.
Requests for amendments (e.g., date changes, name corrections) will be accommodated where possible and may incur administrative charges.

If a flight is included in the trip, the following cancellation fees apply:

Up to and including 56 days before departure: flight cancellation costs + 30% of the remaining travel sum
From 55 to 22 days before departure: flight cancellation costs + 50% of the remaining travel sum
From 21 to 7 days before departure: flight cancellation costs + 75% of the remaining travel sum
From 6 days before departure: 100% of the total travel sum

If no flight is included, the traveler must pay:

Enchanting Experiences Uganda reserves the right to cancel a tour due to force majeure events or insufficient participation. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative arrangement or a refund, excluding flight tickets and gorilla/chimpanzee permits.
If a booked accommodation is unavailable due to force majeure, an alternative of similar or higher standard will be provided where possible. No refunds will be issued for such changes.
If itinerary modifications are necessary due to unforeseen events, Enchanting Experiences Uganda will strive to provide comparable alternatives.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required health documents before departure. Enchanting Experiences Uganda is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.
It is strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellations (including non-refundable flights and permits)
- Lost luggage
- Personal liability
Enchanting Experiences Uganda is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.

Enchanting Experiences Uganda acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, local guides) and is not responsible for service failures, injuries, damages, or losses caused by third parties.
Enchanting Experiences Uganda is not liable for disruptions due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or strikes).
Travelers participate in activities at their own risk and should assess their physical fitness for specific excursions.

Complaints must be reported immediately on-site to the tour leader, local guide, or service provider to allow for a prompt resolution.
If the issue is not resolved satisfactorily, the customer must submit an official written complaint within 14 days after the end of the trip.
Legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the country where Enchanting Experiences Uganda is registered.
